Good afternoon everyone,
We hope that you are all safe!  The Mayor and the City Of East point have declared a State of Emergency in the City of East point based on the global pandemic Coronavirus/COVID-19. To make sure we are compliant, we at Sproxte are sending this communication to our customers with the following information:
Sproxte is closely monitoring the rapidly developing situation with COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Like many of you, we are adapting to the challenges and safety concerns in real-time while continuing fulfilling our mission of serving our customers.  We are sending this notice to advise everyone that we are making adjustments to our production days and hours. The safety of our employees and customers are our top priority. These are difficult, but important choices for the safety of our team and communities. We’re increasing the frequency of scheduled cleanings and instructing team members who have been working on-site to stay home if they feel sick.
Due to the delay with shipment/inventory, the following will be effective March 20, 2020:
*All orders received/paid by March 20th we are expecting to produce/complete for pick up/shipping by April 16th by 5pm (subject to change).
*We cannot guarantee a color match for designs including neon colors.  
*All Sproxte Pro, Fulfillment, or Lifestyle Brands clients will be placed out of stock online until further notice.
Based on advice provided by public health experts, we’re implementing work from home policies across all our Sproxte locations starting March 23, 2020. Our hours of operation will be MondayFriday 10 AM – 2PM (Subject To Change).

Over the next couple of weeks, you may notice longer fulfillment times for orders. This is largely due to reduction in operation hours and inventory from our vendors that may affect how quickly we can produce and ship orders. We’re working hard to accommodate production while bearing public health guidelines in mind. Most orders should still stay within the projected timeframe of 3-4 weeks after order is received/paid unless the delivery of inventory has an impact on production time.
On Wednesday, March 18 we started instructing our customers to pick up completed orders from our back-loading dock of our warehouse. The safety of our customers and employees is our priority, so all in-person meetings have been discontinued. If you have questions about your order, please contact us at 404 585-1512 .
We will continue to accept orders; however, you may experience delays based on stock and inventory.
