Sproxte provides customers with the ability to create and sell custom merchandise and apparel and buyers with the ability to find high-quality, unique products.

We offer the Sproxte services subject to the following Terms of Service, specifically including Sproxte Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you are not authorized to use Sproxte. To note, these Terms of Service apply to all of our products and services. If we include some additional terms for tools you can download from the Service or other services, those provisions are incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may call or email us within 7 days of receiving it to get your product re-printed or credit. **There are no refunds.

 

Turn Around Policy

For custom orders with 24 pieces or more there is a 7-10 day turn around after proofs are approved. After you check out you will receive an email from orders@sproxte.com to receive more information about your design.

Shipping We strive to offer quick shipping! Most orders are shipped out in 1 to 2 business days. We only ship priority mail through the United States Post Office. If you need expedited shipping, there is an additional charge. Please contact us to arrange pick up on fulfilment orders. Once shipped, you will receive tracking info and should arrive within 1-3 business days. Occasionally with large orders, shipping may be slightly delayed. **You can order online and choose to pick up your item at Sproxte Warehouse
**If you choose in store pickup and the order is not picked up within 2 month, we will donate the item.
**Once our shipping department packages your order, you will receive a confirmation that it has been processed. Please wait to pick up your order until you receive the 2nd email from the store letting you know it is available for pick up.
**If your order total is in excess of $200, we will automatically apply a signature requirement. This means you will have to be present and sign for the package upon delivery, or else the package with not be delivered. If you do not want a signature requirement placed on your order, email us at orders@sproxte.com or leave us a note on the cart page before placing your order. NOTE: If you decline the signature requirement, you are agreeing to take responsibility for the package if it is stolen or lost upon delivery.
**Undeliverable: If a package is returned to us, we will initiate contact with you to verify the address on file. We will not resend the package until correspondence is received. Additional shipping costs will incur.

FAQ

Most frequent questions and answers

Due to the nature of the items being customized, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns unless a product has a manufactured flaw upon receipt. Please email us at orders@sproxte.com with a photo of the defect for return approval.

Purchases made during any promotional sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Should you wish to return an item that is not customized, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and charged a 15% processing and restocking fee.

All returns must be made within 10 days from purchase. No exceptions. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, it should take approximately 7 business days to complete depending on your bank.

Yes, you will be responsible for getting the item back to us, but if approved, any exchange items will be shipped back to you free of charge.

We try our best to make sure that a proof is emailed out prior to printing to avoid these types of mistakes. However; every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at orders@sproxte.com and we will look into it. Please include your order references at all times when e-mailing our customer service team.

1. Personal information

Before using certain parts of any sprite.com (“Sproxte”) or ordering Products, you must complete an online registration form. During registration, you will be prompted to provide to us certain personal information, including but not limited to User’s (your/company) name, shipping and billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card number. In addition, we may also ask you for your/Customer’s country of residence and/or organization’s country of operation, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations, and for your gender. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill orders, to communicate about order and Sproxte, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing the order, your personal information may be used to contact you. By registering at Sproxte, you agree that all information provided in the registration data is true and accurate and that you will maintain and update this information as required in order to keep it current, complete, and accurate.

Sproxte may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Sproxte does not disclose personal information other than as described here.

If you are a registered user of a Sproxte Site and have supplied your email address, Sproxte may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, new Products, solicit your feedback. Sproxte takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction personal information.

2. Disclosure of information

Sproxte discloses personal information only to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Sproxte’s behalf or to provide Services available at Sproxte Site, and that have agreed not to disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. Sproxte will not rent or sell personal information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described here, Sproxte discloses personal information only in response to court order or other governmental request, or when Sproxte believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Sproxte, third parties or the public at large.

3. Security

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. You need to prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password appropriately and limiting access to your computer and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.

4. Cookies

Sproxte employs cookies. Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser. Most internet browsers are initially set to accept cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies from web sites or to remove cookies from your hard drive, but if you do, you will not be able to access or use portions of Sproxte Service. We have to use cookies to enable you to select Products, place them in an online shopping cart, and to purchase those Products. If you do this, we keep a record of your browsing activity and purchase.

5. Business transitions

If Sproxte, or substantially all of its assets were acquired, or in the event that Sproxte goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, your personal information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Sproxte and/or the Site may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.
